Looking for help redesigning my website..

    Hi, In a month or so, I want to turn my single parent website into more of a single parent community..I have done the format and know exactly how i want it..I just need someone to work with me on it..My ex webmaster who made the site from scratch had closed her business do to persue something else..My other webmaster closed her business due to health problems.. A double whammy..I don't have much knowlege on html ect, kind of tight on money right now but able to do a little bit at a time..The site isn't that big..Only has about 23 pages..Let me know if anyone interested..
