Maybe use PPV. I am not sure, I have always wanted to test that method. PPV to a high paying adsense blog... My ebook actually covers a lot more than just this...
i am sailing in the same boat but i read lot of threads that may help earning from adsense. lot of person says article submissions, directories submissions, social bookmarking and blog comments may help. but i started results 0.48 cent perday from my new website that hosted on 29 oct 09.
