Looking for help for optimization

    Ok, well I've been talking to my hoster and apparently my site is using up too much CPU ! Well, I use Joomla & SMF forums mainly and i need someone to help me optimize my site so I can drastically put the CPU that my site is using down.

    How many users are using your forum? How big is the database, number of forum posts ? why do not you prune some old posts ?
