We're looking for someone who can design decent headers for an ongoing rollout of niche content sites. We're looking for someone who can produce them reasonably quick, and for no more than $5-6 each. We would like someone that uses MSN, that we can just message when we need a header done for a site. All candidates that fit our requirements should send a PM with some samples.
