My website keeps getting hacked and it's starting to get very inconvenient for me and the members.

    Website details:

The hacker is mainly hacking my forum, which runs on IPB 2.3.4 (the latest version).

    PHP version 4.4.7
    MySQL version 4.1.22-standard
    cPanel Build 11.17.0-RELEASE 19434
    Operating system Linux
    Kernel version 2.6.9-023stab043.2-smp
    Machine Type i686
    Apache version 1.3.37 (Unix)
    PERL version 5.8.8

My website is hosted on a VPS.

    Who I'm looking for:

I'm looking for someone who can secure my website/forum/VPS server, so that this doesn't happen again. It would also be great if you could explain any holes you have found, so I can learn a thing or two and get a better idea of how they are getting in.

    Interested?

If you're interested, please give me a quote. It would be nice if you could also leave a few details about your experience, what you're capable of, etc. :)

You can also add me to MSN:
    neil [at] webmagine [dot] net

    Thanks!

He keeps hacking my account on the forum. I don't know how he does it. My password is really hard; 032549n9NM(D#M@($##()$(# - something like that.

Plus, I'm using the latest version of IPB. I think he also hacks into the MySQL database. Once he deleted all members in one go and I'm pretty sure he did that by having access to the MySQL database somehow. The password of the MySQL database is hard aswell, just like my forum password. Same goes for my cPanel/FTP password. I'm clueless as to how he gets in.

Thanks. I'll try and post that as soon as I can, probably when I wake up tomorrow as I'm about to go to sleep. :)

ahh i thought so ^^ ipb is not safe at all but still paste the logs here so that experts could tell u the bugs. I will recommend you to move to vb as i did i was in same situation with ipb 2.3.1 (it was latest at that time) few months ago so i move on to vb and now my forums are working absolutely fine :)

if u want any help in converting forums than send me pm.
