Looking for Graphics/Web designer for site with Members/Photo/Video/Forum/Live Chat

I am looking for someone to build my site and my online presence. The main site will host four other sites, all are different sports, (but very closely related), all with uploadable video's, photo's, weekly contests to be judged and voted on by members, local park information, weather conditions, tips and tricks, forum's, shopping and many other ideas and possibilities.
