Looking for Graphic/Web designers

My company is Looking for professional Graphic/Web designers Freelancers to design graphic elements for our sites.
We pay by the hour or project, depending on the designers preference.
We are also prepared to buy in advance a package of hours for the entire month.

Our average pay per hour varies from $35 to $50. But it is negotiable.

Requirements

1. Excellent Photoshop knowledge and practice
2. Professionalism and experience (Candidates must be at least 18 years old)
3. Published online Portfolio

The age requirement isn't that rigid. Actually I have had good experienced with young designers lately, but fro my experience, it is much "safer" to work with more experienced professionals.

I might help your search of freelance webdesigner . But before could you give more details about your company. What criteries are the freelancer is needed.

To let you know most of the proffesionel artist who work dont give their portfolio cause we work under other agencies. So that would be a problem. Thoe if your interested in contacting my agiency. Please inform me what we can do about this situation.

Good point you raised. If you work for an agency, isn't it possible to show us some projects that you were involved in and what to what extent was your participation on those projects?

As for my company, we are looking for Freelancers to integrate our outsourcing team. There isn't much to say other then that. We are looking for Designers who have mainly very Good Photos-hop abilities and above all, plenty of experience in the field.

Yes I could show you the portfolio after i take the permision from my head office. But before this freelance job interview. It would be better off what the min + max budget can be given. This is important so that I could see what criteria is wanted and what response in wages is given.

Be careful about Alis. He's nothing but a little scammer that never designed anything himself. He would probably ask you for advance payments and never deliver anything. Except maybe a stolen template.
