Looking for graphic artists that can help design a logo

Hello,
Im looking to have a logo created that has the words :
Land Developer Exchange
With a tag line :
bridging the gap between builders and developers

Really want to somehow emphasize the idea of "exchanging"

Im looking for something Modern and Corporate looking.
Would like the letters Lan Dev Ex highlighted from the rest of the letters.
Open for Color schemes - but would like to work sometype of sage green in there.

If anyone can help me out - let me know what you charge.
