    Hello, I am interested in buying a good website with:

    - Good Unique Custom Design
    - Good Content
    - Domain (.com/.net/.org ONLY!)
    - Anything else important?

    I would like the site to be fairly new as I can only spend about $10-$75 max.

    Anyone?
