I'm starting a new project for a question/answer website. I'm looking for someone who can design the website from start to finish. The programming side of things will be done by myself and the designer will first do a PSD and then if i approve the design, convert it to XHTML. If you're a confident and dedicated web designer, then send me a rough draft for the psd and if i like the design, you'll be taken on for the project. PS: I've got 4 question/answer websites already which need to be redesigned as well, so the person who's going to send an impressive design will get to do those too. And that includes psd to html, banners and new logos. So if you think you're talented, then give it a try!

Budget wise, i'll pay the right price for an impressive design. I'm not after a cheap design which has been copied from somewhere else. I want a unique and elegant design, so creativity is what i'm looking for and i'll pay accordingly. At the moment, i'm only interested in the psd, that's what's more important to me. I'm hoping to get the psd and approve a psd within a week.
I would like to clarify on one more thing - if you're interested in this job, then send me rough PSD (or a draft) of the look and feel of the question/answer system. If i'm happy with your design, i'll hire you.
