Looking for good user review script

    Hi there,

    I'm looking for a script that will let:

    -Visitors fill in a form that will append a user review to an item.
    -The admin arrange the reviewed items in multiple directories according to various indexes.

    That's really all it needs to do. Anything else would be gravy.

    Any suggestions for user review scripts?
