Could you please recommend any good company offering its Targeted Email Marketing services. The list of my requirement includes the following: 1) private branding for all services offered - we would like company name not to be mentioned in email sent to users and delivery reports; 2) we are interested in signing up 1 Million Email campaign that allows to send for several sending procedures - not all at once. For example, - 100,000 emails each month; 3) ability to select from a wide selection of targeted categories; 4) buget available is $300 per 1 million emails however may be discussed; Thanks in advance.
