Looking for good, reliable host offering "Master Reller Account"

    I am looking for good, reliable host offering "Master Reller Account". Basic one is fine as of now, 10 to 25 GB Disk, 200 GB Bwdth, ul whm/cpanel acs, but should be stable and reliable company.

    I currently have an account with zamfoo master script. But the host is unreliable, technically not sound. I am experiencing lot of problems.
