Looking for good quality Inventory Management Software

    My friend is looking for an inventory management software for an offline business. This is quite a flourishing business and he deals in electrical goods like MCB's, heavy duty equipments for industrial usage. Currently he has an employee strength of 30.

    Just that because of lack of IT knowledge, he has poor IT infrastructure in place. An example of poor IT infrastructure- he once told me that one of his employees who used to carry all info in his USB drive, deleted data by mistake and they ended up losing all inventory related data!!!

    Any pointers in this regard - paid or open source- would be appreciated.
