Buying Looking for good link builder

    I need to get several hundred links per month. I'm looking for someone experienced in getting one way links from "real" sites (no blog comments, dir submission, etc). The links would have to be placed on pr2+ pages and be relevant. The first person that can show me quality at a great price will get the job so please provide sample link reports if possible.
