I'm thinking of setting up an filestoring website, similar to rapidshare, but a bit different, I need a dedicated server for this,

or maybe webhosting,

I may need this spec

1000gig webspace, maybe more
1000gig bandwidth
unlimited mysql db
unlimited email
free setup (or below$30)

I guess a decent processor of at least 2.8+ ghz
512mb-1024mb ram.

I dont really know how much would be required for this, I dont want a windows setup, linux is good.
