    Tribal Fusion -> Hard to be accepted
    Burst Media -> Hard to be accepted
    Valuclick media -> Not so hard but you hve only two chances when you are signing up.

    My best recommendation is AdsDaq. It is not hard to be accepted and they pays me much higher then other companies, you can set many prices of ads and to create your own chain using only adsdaq tags with different prices.

    Also as backup tags if you can be accepted in value click try CPX, Media Shakers. Paypop up also is not bad if you are using pop under or pop up, it really great pays but it's not pretty so much.
