Maxbounty is good to work with, just about the largest CPA operation. Bottom line is support by the acct manager assigned, and the payment method plus cycle, whether 2 weeks, 1 month, etc. Also make sure you match the methods for your country, and method for payment, such as wire transfer , paypal, etc.
A select few top CPA companies are listed in my sig and the main few I like to recommend are PeerFly, AdscendMedia and CPAlead only for their gateway.

I would say try to join EWA if you have a chance. Can be a little hard to get into, but it's a great network.
