Basically i think i have a killer domain in my hands for a media website. Thing is, i want to experiment with user-generated content websites. The website I'm looking to create will have similar function as Leenks, LinksDaily & Dumpzilla (all might be NSFW). It will display links submitted by users, which will be either approved, denied by me for getting into the hompage. The site will be safe for work. Of course i want a fairly easy to use CMS that would allow me to approve, deny, and delete links from the admin queue. I also want an "affiliate system" that will show up to X affiliates on a page, depending on how much traffic they send. I want the outgoing links to be framed, which means that there will be a bar in the upper side of the page which can lead the visitor back to the site. I want to have the ability to create static pages easily with the template of the site. Also - categories should be addable, with an option to sort each approved link by ratings, clicks, or X factor. ---- The design should be unique, spiffy, slick, and leaning towards web 2.0 with nice effects, i want this site to stand out from others in as many aspects as possible. Of course, design is a smaller issue in this case than coding the site. I want a clean, valid coding job, that will allow SE traffic as well and easy navigation. Not too clean, not too cluttered.
