    If you want to make a free web hosting company then you must have your own dedicated server instead of reseller. Please Research on your projects aspecially on your monthly budget:)

    Good choice to start off with a reseller account initially to cut overhead costs.

    Especially for a free host, you'll start off slowly so you won't need a VPS or a dedicated until you reach thousands of accounts.

    The reason is quite simple, if you owned a free web hosting company. You can have millions of traffic and then you can earn easy money through sponsored ads.
