Want to display live website KPIs to staff in a fun way. Thinking of may be using a product like 3DStats on a LCD in the main office. But also thinking of something attention grabbing in the reception area - needs to be fun and create a but a buzz. Anybody got any ideas?
A computer with loads of stats on 1 dedicated computer in the staff area would be better. Print off the stats daily, have huddles at 10am etc, and basically discuss how your going to get more profit than yesterday, and make very shortterm objectives. Best to keep that data out of public areas.
