NB:
- No general directories, even if they accept other languages, I only want French and Spanish specific directories.
- No directory lists looking to promote their site. I'm looking for specific niche directories, not a category on a directory list.

I know in France there are a lot of directoires that are not SEO friendly, you'll have more headaches

 

That's an understatement! They don't seem to know what SEO friendly means...

Also, French directories aren't just from France, but from many French speaking countries around the world.

 

Yes, there are Quebec, all those old french colonies arround asia and africa , so now we will attack foreign directories? Oh well....
I think there are no international lists of directories out there. As i am learning SEO with french dudes at webmaster-hub.com, i will list all the new french directories that i encounter here and on vilesilencer forum
