Looking for Free Hosting with Fopen

    Damn, sorry .. Didn't saw that you are looking for a free hosting ( one thread is rolling in my mind :D ).
    AwardSpace could allow it ( with appropriate folder access permissions ).

    A hard find for a free host option but I think awardspace might allow it.

    I signed up for awardspace but am having problems, thanks. Might try something else if I can't get it working. Another option was 000web.com, but there domain names are not too pretty to look at. Oh well, I guess I'm being picky.
