I am looking for free or commercial PHP / MySql supported Directory based Software Download System, checked hotscripts.com and various other resources but no luck.

There are numerous sites on internet like tucows, download.com which allows a directory based software download system, which supports comments, rating, anti-leech, mirror downloads etc.
    I am interested in same.

I am looking for following features:

    1. create static HTML pages from data held in a MySQL database. This is optimal for search engine indexing.

    2. Every page has its own title, keywords and description tags which greatly enhances search engine optimisation and page rankings.

    3. A high quality administration control panel

    4. The URL placement should be helpful for indexing as well, something like cplinks php software script supports:
www.freedownloadcenter.com (Looking for download system exactly like this)

if someone can help me make a customized solution I am ready to pay for costs involved on this project.

Important since, recently acquired a high pricing domain to meet my needs.

    Regards,

I've been struggling with mos tree for days, It really limits what I can do with joomla. I can't add individual modules to pages within mos tree, and the support is just worthless.
