i want to monetize my NETBOOK site with Amazon products. Is there a good free plug-in/widget that will show amazon product - maybe even with image/review etc.
Use Amazon Widget in your WP Widget. I found some of free amazon posting hijack your commission with their own associate tag. That's smart fckig guy on earth. I found contextual link give me the best result compare to picture with amazon buy now button. I wish you success! Santacruz
Yes be careful of free plugins which don't use your affiliate ID.. there have been a few posted on this forum recently (removed now)
Yeah, if you look through your settings in your amazon account, there are widget like code scripts Amazon will make you. This is all in your Amazon Associate's account stuff. There are banner links, widgets, and making your own direct links is actually really effective.
I tried both the widgets and the premium amazon plugin, but those are not work well. For the best, try to write your own reviews and give links to products in your posts.
I use amazonify with good results for review articles with product links and pictures as well. Works well for me. ODA
Free plugins are alright, but they tend to have a lot of glitches. You really get what you pay for so I would recommend spending a bit of money to get a plugin that will work properly. I would recommend wordpress shop builder.
