This is now a pointless thread. I do not have the time to keep commenting on the model I use to promote and star a forum or be belittled
I hate to sound negative, but a banner on an empty, inactive forum is not really an attractive inducement. Realistically, what sort of price are you looking at? And what are your plans for promoting the site over the first 3 month period?
If you read the post above in full the site is not even launched yet. The forum is not inactive as it has not been launched the posts that are currently on the site are ones that have been posted while we work on a few modifications. Also as noted in my thread, its states that the template will be installed and up and running by 13th Feb. The forum shows up in forum signatures purely for SEO purposes. The planned promotion routine is via advertisements and click word promotion of a small amount in the first month
Yes, I did read it in full. Twice, in fact. You'll be surprised to hear that, yes, I did notice you plan on installing a template in two weeks time etc. Do you expect to throw a switch at midnight of the 12th and suddenly have a bustling hive of activity on your hands? Of coruse not. So, come, come now, let's be realistic. I was simply pointing out from a potential buyer's perspective that there is very little on offer. Did you read mine in full? I doubt it.
