Off-topic means in a section of the forum with general chat/conversation. On-topic is responding to subject matters that the forum is based on. 120 deals are discount rates, free stuff, and promo stuff being posted/started by the individuals that I hire (I have a link for the individuals to review). I hope this clears up everything. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.
