Looking for Forum moderators/admin/founders

    Hi GUys,

    Firstly to DP mods sorry if this is somewhat duplicate but I just found this sub forum.

    To DP members I have a website marketplace which I am desperately trying to add a strong forum too. I am hoping to build a small community of 5-10 mods/admins to launch the forum.

    Whilst the forum will have a few characteristics of mine (to do with the marketplace) I want this forum to reflect the guys who jump aboard. All revenue generated through the forum will be returned to you.

    I want intelligent, hard working people who want to build a successful forum because I have realised it in numbers where success can be achieved.

    I have a budget and a few initial ideas but hope to find some interested people here to work out a plan and start a successful forum.

    I am looking for a commitment, a good work ethic, some experience and hopefully a shared vision.

    If you have tried to build a webmaster forum before and have failed this may be a perfect opportunity. Imagin 5-10 people working hard towards the same goal chances of success will be ignificantly improved.

    I have funds to invest and although funds from the members are not neccessary they will greatly improve the project.

    could you elaborate more on forums theme [the focus and related things] ...

    in the beginning forum does not generate any revenue . it might not for a year .
    then how about payments to the staff ?

    No payments I need dedication not money chasers. The forum will be webmaster related with various niches depending on the founding members (thier expertise). Forum is attached to another site so growth should be a lot faster than a stand-alone forum.

    It kind of sound like you are offering a share of the profits. or what?
    Or are you offering the satisfaction of building up someone elses forum? Which isn't too bad.
