I'm looking for motivated webdesigners who are able to come up with a good vision and act on it in a small time frame. You'll design for small businesses ranging from barbers to restaurants. The design will be provided to a client as part of a Google package and must be implemented in the structure of the end-user friendly Google Sites. This has some limitations, but you can embrace those. At least one project will be posted every hour. If you are interested in a project, you can start immediately. If after 30 minutes your design concept is chosen, you'll receive $10. If the client is satisfied, you'll get an additional $27 to finish your vision in a matter of two hours or so. The businesses are located in Holland, so for concept creation you must be available between 11 am and 6 pm GMT +1. That's six hours later than NYC time (GMT -5) for example. You'll be provided with the nessesary graphics from the small business and you can steal from whatever you can find on the web, as long as the end result looks neat. If you have a good imagination and some experience with Fireworks or Photoshop, it's quite an easy process... Envision - From the pictures, videos, logos and little extra's, you'll get enough of an impression to serve as inspiration for the structure and style of the site. Create - Design a concept of your vision and implement it in a Google Site. You'll get the hang of this. Decorate - Add some little details that make it nice. And if your design concept is chosen: Improve - There's always room for improvement. The logo may still need to be vectored, the menu icons could be more suited to the business, the background images could get better graphics, the header more fancy, etc. I think this is a great deal for freelancers who want to fill up some time every now and then, as well as for freelancers who'd like to do this on a consistent basis.
