Hey, I'm looking for ad networks like Adhitz.com or Ity.im - networks that offer flat-rate CPC publishing. Or otherwise, any good CPC network in general. Thank you in advance!
I don't think there is any network with flat rate for CPC, because this mean they or their advertisers will loose money, imagine you send traffic from 3rd tier countries and you get paid over $0.1 for each...
