Need the following made in flash - User can browse for an image from their computer - Flash uploads the image and places it on the 'stage' - User can move the image and resize it. It will be under a circle 'mask' - User can then name the design, choose a qty, and click "add" to add it to a basket (non flash) - User must be able to come back, enter a code / the name or something to get previous design back. Anyone that can help please PM. Budget is $50 unless I am told that is not going to get anything Thanks!
