I, along with others, have been working on an entirely web based application development tool and and seeking feedback from the development community and general users. We would greatly appreciate anyone taking the time to register as a beta user and try it out.

It is web based development and run-time environment, based on a novel, purely visual programming language. The entire architecture is driven by an executable graph which holds all the programming logic, display elements for interfaces and data models, and data associated with an application. While pieces of this technology have previously appeared in various forms, I believe the various components have never been combined like this before. It is a graphical programming environment that may be shocking to long time programmers, but we hope that it will be easy for new users to learn the system.

Please visit www.pointdragon.com (IDE is called PointDragon) to try out the technology. The beta web-based environment is free and is likely to remain free to most developers. Its an open beta, and will remain so, as long as our infrastructure can keep pace with demand.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
