Hello all, I've been keeping a blog at www.Mozartandchocolate.blogspot.com for about three years now, and I've decided to try and get some followers/reviews. It's a really random blog, and I've read on several sites that to accumulate more followers, it's better if your blog is more focused. However, I just haven't been able to come up with a topic that I can write about consistently-- video games, book reviews, or movies in particular, but every time I try and narrow it down, I immediately come up with a idea that's outside of my new topic. I started it during my second year of college, and now that I'm about to graduate, I find that my writing style has changed drastically in the past couple of years. I suppose that, in keeping my blog fairly random, I sacrifice some readers, but I thought I would try and get the name out there, and see if I could pick up any more subscribers. Has anybody else had this problem? Any thoughts? Does anybody else use their blogs almost as a journal?
I keep my blog pretty random, the good part is, you never run out of stuff to blog about. Blogging is about bein yourself.
