Looking for fast, immediate traffic

I am looking for completely untargeted traffic where sound is allowed. This has to be delivered quickly, and provide a minimum of 2000 hits a day.

That seems almost pointless... but ok. Try 1-800-Mail.com. They delieve FAST for cheap. Same with one of the super packages at: road-mails.com.

I was also thinking of automated traffic exchanges... but they usually don't accept sound.
