looking for extension like this

Hi any one know a free extension I can get like this (for free)

Doesnt need to be as complicated with as many layers
I want a set of links down the left that when clicked change the content to the right either getting it from an article or another place
Basically I want to change text from a mouse click
I have looked online and chant find anything

Is a very specific component, i didn't find another similar with similar options.

 

There is no any component same functional like minitek,
But you can customize some plugin like verticle tab or other extensions like that,

You have to change code and make it easier for your use
