It must be time to go to sleep but to edit titles of a joomla post you login to the admin panel and edit the title of said post. Are you talking about a style related issue? If so use firefox, select the title, right click and view selection source to see what your htag designation is and then change that htag in the style sheet. It does not require a plugin. I presume you are on about changing your index.php head title ? Have a look in Rent A Coder ( see sig ) .. a coder should be able to do this for a few dollars
