Looking For Expert Designer/Programmer

    Hi Guys

    I'm looking for someone who can take a template (this one) and deisgn something more along the lines of this one.

    This is NOT something that I want replicated EXACTLY - I would go into more details later.

    The site is running off of IndexU directory script.

    If this is something that you think you can help with please contact me with approx price, time frame and previous work examples.

    I can't answer to wrong formulation.
    Same as someone asked "I need a web designer to code a psd. file"
    Can you code it ?
