Looking for Experienced Template designer + Coder

    Hi all,

    I am looking for a guy who can

    1. Design a Professional Website (not blog) Template (PSD),
    2. Code it to XHTML/CSS
    3. Replace my old Template with this new one on my website, This need knowledge about PHP, Java Script at least.

    PM me with portfolio if you are a well experienced guy.

    I mainly look for itrader ratings and portfolio. Dont PM me if dont have itrader ratings or portfolio.
