Looking for experienced programmer

    Hi i'm looking for a php programmer to do a few things on my site, you must be very experienced and understand seo ,user interaction, off site file manipulation,google base,msn prod. Also don't want any zend encoded stuff. I want to be able to edit it to my liking later ( i know a lil php just not advanced enough to do such extensive things as i need). Pls me for details (do not ask for details here) and also i'm looking for someone that will quote me per job and not per hour. Thanx
