Hello, I am looking for an expert in php (html as well to be specific). I basically want a very unique site where people can come and submit their directories. A directory of directories basically. This must be very unique, everything brand new. Some basic requirements is to have different categories to sort out the directories and a point system. you must be very good at what you do.
