Hi all. I'm looking for a long-term business partner w/ high experience in marketing/SEO in the realm of digital ebooks/affiliate products. I've always been a fan of affiliate marketing and ebook creation, and I want to take it to the next level with a serious partner, to generate a very nice stable revenue over time for both of us. In the past, I have created high quality ebooks/product sites in the smaller niche areas, and i've managed to earn a few thousand dollars in revenue before selling the sites off for decent profit. However, I want to start developing new high-quality products in the larger niches (with the help of a long-term partner), so that we can both make potentially significant revenue that will continue to grow over time. The partner i'm looking for is someone who: -can offer great ideas in the realm of creating/marketing new unique products -is able to identify a niche where a digital product has potential to succeed long-term -has previously worked with marketing/seo of digital products (specifically in ClickBank) -is very open-minded so we can discuss creation/marketing of current/future products -has preferably created/ran his own affiliate/product site before with success -willing to put in a significant portion of time each day (preferably couple hours at least) -has extensive marketing/SEO skills, and can apply them to digital product sites -speaks English fluently -easily available to contact -Bonus if you're in the Southern California area (probably unlikely that you are, but I enjoy working with people locally if possible also) basic terms of agreement: -I will be putting a significant amount of my time each day (few hours minimum) in our work, so I expect you to put time in each day also. -The profit we generate will be split 60% (Me) / 40% (You). I'm willing to go 50%/50% once the site is generating significant revenue and we are able to create an additional new product to work on. -I will provide all costs necessary for the initial creation/maintenance of the product site including all domain name costs, hosting costs, product sales page costs, all design/graphic work costs, any costs associated with the actual digital product (if needed), etc. However, I most likely will not be putting money into marketing. -The product sites will be connected to my ClickBank account. You will be notified of any sales made on a regular basis (along w/ screenshots of my account), so you can see that you are being paid your rightful share of revenue. -We will be working together to create a unique digital product to market together, hopefully using substantial experience which you can bring to the table, combined with my experience and what I can offer. If you think you fit the bill of who I'm looking for, shoot me a PM with your experience and what you have to offer. Looking forward to hearing from you, -Jon
I dont really get it... you want someone to identify the niche and do the product development, to basically have previous experience of clickbank, affilaite marketing, identifying niches and creating products, while the only thing you do is pay the hosting and minimal costs excluding marketing costs... Anyone who does have that experience wouldn't need you to be honest, and certainly isn't going to want to give you 60% of the business and have it setup in your name and clickbank account... It just seems like you are asking for someone with a similar skillset to yourself but MORE experienced, and telling them they are going to get less than you in terms of share of the business.... I just don't really get it, and doubt you will find someone who has this experience who will be interested... I think you would be better off going it alone, a lot, perhaps even "most" of the top vendors are sort of "1 man bands" or at least thats how they seem to start off and just buy services from others as they need them
Yeah no offense but your business proposition is a joke. You can't expect anyone to come in and make a business for you and give you %60 of profits. As mentioned, you aren't needed at all. If I were you I'd either a) rework my idea of a partnership or b) stop being lazy and do some work myself It's as plain and simple as that.
I think people were a bit mistaken by assuming the partner would also be creating the product. I would be researching/writing the actual product, which is why I mentioned that i've created successful ebooks in the past. The things I listed were simply skill sets I'd appreciate the partner to have. I'm searching for someone for the Marketing/SEO aspects. I would be doing the product research/development, as well as all the monetary needs to get the site designed/coded/running.
just pay a freelancer to do the Marketing/SEO and you're done Your business proposition doesn't sound right to me. Good luck!
How about this for a counter offer. You choose the product you want to promote. I will do all the work to get you up and running with some cutting edge clickbank techniques you may have never seem before. You pay me $150 and promote your own product and make a ton of cash. Sounds great to me... What you thing? "Come on. You do NOT think someone is going to do al the work on a IF you can promote the page basis? There is no way for you to get someone to HELP you make money by doing all the research and split anything. Why would I want to do that? You need to add in you request that you will do something spectacular if someone helps you out like this. Something like stacking BB's or something. That would be spectacular. I think anyway. If you really want help JUST ASK. Someone will help you even if it is me. Have a good day PARTNER
Can fully understand what you require iiswhois. I have been searching for a vendor partner who has the BEST design skills and some experience in affiliate marketing/making products. I can manage everything else from niche research, creating e-book, getting affiliates, driving traffic myself, etc. (I can also get the sales copy done) But I could not find anyone. Those with the right skills were already too busy and weren't willing to invest time in my products. Eventually I had to keep doing everything myself. I understand that you can still outsource the SEO/Marketing part but there are lots of delays and errors. You need to test more if you do not have enough knowledge of the thing. The project turnaround time increases a LOT. That is why you rather prefer to find a partner who can handle that part and make things faster and better for you. I also found that it is very hard for someone to trust you in the first place. Anyways, good luck with your search.
Well.. I really think the OP is talking about his needs and he does make sense. Just that he must know what he can offer to his business partner as well. Look, if you're going to partner with someone who's got less knowledge of internet marketing than you - it does not make sense for you. Either way, if a marketer has more understanding and experience than you, it does not make sense for him to partner with you. So here's the deal: Your strengths must be complementary to his/her weaknesses and vice-versa (his/her strengths must be complementary to your weaknesses). Also, people don't trust another person so easily. I think I've been looking to partner a person quite lately and I have been looking to do that since a year now. But hey, how am I going to trust a person when I am going to promote a domain name that is simply owned by him & there is no clarity in the ownership of the domain name as well as the product. Another thing, how do I know you're the right person to partner with? If you think you're the one person I must work as a partner, why? Let me know. We'll see how it goes. Thanks.
