We are looking for an experienced Flash developer located in USA.

The first project is to create a Flash app that loads a FLV file and displays a video. At the end of each video segment a drop down list of answers will appear and the user must select the correct answer before going on to the next segment.

Please send me your information and an estimate of the expected cost to develop by PM.

We also have a number of games we wish to enhance.

This project CANNOT be subcontracted out. You must be the actual developer doing the work.

Please leave your questions in the post so we don't have to answer things twice.

    Thanks!

The initial project could really be just a nice drop down menu with 3 or 4 answers. The wrong answers would play an audio file that tells the user their selection was wrong. Upon selecting the right answer an audio file will play informing the user that they selected the correct answer and then would load in the next FLV file to play.

Please post your questions here so I don't have to answer them more than once.
    Thanks.

There have been a number of questions asked via PM. In an effort to save time, I'm answering your questions here:

The initial project could really be just a nice drop down menu with 3 or 4 answers. The wrong answers would play an audio file that tells the user their selection was wrong. Upon selecting the right answer an audio file will play informing the user that they selected the correct answer and then would load in the next FLV file to play.

    It would work like this:
Play FLV file -> menu screen
    1) correct answer selected
    2) incorrect answer selected

    1) flash plays "Correct answer" audio and sends the user to the next FLV movie...
    2) flash plays "Wrong answer" audio and then the user can choose a correct answer or watch the previous flv file again

The Correct/Wrong answer audio files could be imported into the swf file or loaded from an URL.

There are 4 sets of questions/answers. Each menu screen will have a Topic Title, the question and 3-5 possible answers.

I envision the Q&A menu to drop down over the last frame of the animation.

As soon as they get the answer correct and the "Correct..good job" audio plays lets do a 8 frame fade-out of all the elements and a 8 frame fade-in of the next segment.

The FLV files are 1280 x 720 right now. The desired dimension are 854x480.
