Looking For Experienced Designer to Partner With

I am looking for an experienced designer to work with. Having knowledge in flash design is a MUST as well as everything related to webdesign (html, css, xhtml, etc). I am an amateur web designer that has too many projects for my abilities. Basically projects that are $350+ which is why I need an experienced designer that is looking to take on these projects alongside with me as a partner. I already have clients and a website going so basically all you have to do is most of the design work.

So if you're a talented designer looking to make some good money in a stable position let me know asap. Make sure to have some type of portfolio ready or some samples of your work.
