Hi, I am looking to get an app developed - The GUI design will be basic - this may be provided - It's a live question and answer type app - more will be revealed upon request. - A base source code will be provided. - Reporting dataset templates will be provided - The app will be developed in IOS and Android The budget is either your monthly rate or a project budget. But there really isn't much development involved here - we will provide you with a template source code and you'll essentially add in some extra functions and do a GUI design overlay.
