    1. Proof of revenue

    2. proof of traffic

    3. domain name

    4. age of website

    5.how long it has been making its current revenue

    6.any costs related to running the site

    don't bother sending a pm if you are trying to sell without proof, I have been in this business a long time.


    Would prefer not to mention the budget lets just say if you have a site I am interested in I have the funds to buy it.
