Buying Looking for established sites/blogs with unique content

I am interested in buying websites/blogs that meet the following criteria:

- high quality content

- unique content

- in any of the following niches:
* self storage, free stuff, stocks, finance, investments, law, general business

When you contact me, please include:
- URL
- earnings if any (and source, i.e. google ads, subscriptions, etc.)
- alexa rank
- pr
- google analytics unique visitors
- any demographic information you have about your visitors
- type of content on site
- source of content on site
- age of site
- anything else you think would be important for me to know

NOT interested in anything adult, medical, music or movies related.

Lastly, let me know what the lowest you would accept for your site/blog. I know this is silly, but I get so many responses to advertisements that I don't have time to sort through all and negotiate deals. If the price sounds right based on the answers posted, only then I will look at your site...

At this point, I am not looking for anything that costs more than $500 unless it is truly exceptional.
