Buying Looking for established and active forums any category

I'm looking to buy an established and active forum. I am open to all topics and will look at them on a case by case basis. I prefer forums that make no to little revenue as I will be pulling off any ads on there anyway. I'm not looking to get rich I am looking for a hobby.

some Minimum requirements:
At least 6 months old, preferably 1+ years old
at least 1,000+ unique visitors per month
at least 15 new threads and/or replies per day
At least 35 members log in per day
TLD must be .com or .net
English only

I have to edit this again... While I said category doesn't matter I am going to change that to say Warez and any topic that pertains to illegal activities is not wanted.

The above stats pretty much represent the minimum for a forum i will consider but I prefer higher than all of those numbers.

My budget is flexible depending on the forum. Let me know what you have.
