    Hey, i need a web hosting company for my website they are all entertainment related videos/games/pictures etc ...

    I need unlimited domain names
    enough space
    Fmpeg enabled(for flash players to work),
    No cpu quota problems
    And i need access to the php.ini
    the rest is self explanatory :D

    Its impossible to get an hosting with Unlimited CPU quota(if someone stated you this), CPU resources are limited by hardware and it cant provide unlimited CPU quota.

    If "unlimited" is what you are looking for.. A dedicated server might make more sense. Then you are not sharing resources with other sites, or negatively affecting other sites on a given server.
