looking for drupal template coder/designer

    I am currently running drupal 5.2 and I'm looking for a designer/coder for it. Please let me know your price, I already have a simple design i drew out so you know how I want it to look like . Thanks.

    coding is more important since I can get a seperate designer, but I already know how I want the template to look (where everything is going to be).

    But it's best if you could do both.
