I am getting ready to start a large project (multiple sites) and need a couple of people familiar with Drupal themes and layouts. Needing basic themes and a few advanced uses of cck, views and block control. Some php is helpful for snippets. Also needed is graphics folks for headers footer and misc graphic and logos.
